Wayne S. Randall

VP - Finance

Wayne started his career in the medical malpractice insurance industry after graduating from Rider University in 1987. He has 20 years of combined contracting, manufacturing and insurance experience.

After holding key management positions as a Controller and Assistant Controller in the manufacturing industry for Rapid Circuits, a printed circuit board manufacturer and Heucotech, a $50 million global manufacturer of pigment dispersions Wayne took on a key role with Carr & Duff, a leading electrical contractor in the tri-state area. In this capacity he successfully directed and implemented a company wide accounting conversion package using SQL server on a windows based platform. This helped the company to continue to manage and expand its contracting operations.

Recently Wayne occupied a Site Controller position of the Thermal strategic business unit with a leading global manufacturer of the wireless communications and thermoelectric cooling markets.

Wayne is currently working in the position of Controller / V.P. Finance for S.D.T. to help grow S.D.T. into the fire alarm and security market leader in the industry. We are optimistic our short and long term goals are attainable to project us to the top company in the field
